In R\u00f6thlein and the surrounding area alone, the Sch\u00e4flein Group recently welcomed 32 trainees at the start of the new training year. The logistics professionals are thus also sending a strong signal for sustainable growth in terms of personnel planning.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Welcome to the family” was the motto for the new team members at FlyingHirsch Obertheres from 1 to 2 September 2022. Not only did the new trainees get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere, they also grew closer together as they tackled small challenges together. The thematic focus of this year’s Trainee Welcome Days was a perfect match: language and communication. Sch\u00e4flein had invited a real professional for this, poetry slammer Benjamin Warmuth. The workshop organised by him and his team went down extremely well with the young specialists, who presented themselves to their future team colleagues at the end – in a relaxed manner and without any competitive spirit – with texts they had written themselves.<\/p>\n

All positions filled<\/strong><\/p>\n

“I am particularly pleased that we were able to recruit so many young people this year and fill all vacancies,” said an enthusiastic Achim Sch\u00e4flein, CEO of the Group. “For us, training is the first step in attracting future managers – and therefore a key building block for sustainable growth. Particularly in this year, which continues to be characterised by considerable economic uncertainty, we are sending out a clear signal with our wide range of training opportunities: Logistics is and remains an industry with a future.”<\/p>\n

Across all locations, a total of 41 trainees began their professional careers at Sch\u00e4flein Group companies on 1 September: Future warehouse specialists and warehouse logistics specialists, forwarding and logistics services clerks, digitalisation management clerks, professional drivers, office management clerks, commercial vehicle mechatronics technicians and dual students were warmly welcomed.<\/p>\n
