The Sch\u00e4flein Group continues to grow: the transport and logistics company has secured the former Gerhardt Transport GmbH site in the R\u00f6thlein industrial estate. By the middle of the year, Sch\u00e4flein will relocate its commercial vehicle workshop from the previous site in Schwebheim to the new location.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The approximately 30,000 square metre site directly opposite Sch\u00e4flein AG’s headquarters offers Sch\u00e4flein Nutzfahrzeug-Service GmbH ideal conditions for operating its IVECO authorised workshop. The site has sufficient parking space for service and repair vehicles, a car wash and its own petrol station. It is also equipped with a high-quality workshop building including modern diagnostic stations, a brake test stand and a light and exhaust gas test facility.<\/p>\n

Comprehensive service<\/h3>\n

The Sch\u00e4flein commercial vehicle workshop offers an all-round service for trucks, vans, buses and municipal vehicles of all makes. The portfolio includes statutory tests such as exhaust emission tests (AU), general inspections (HU), UVV tests, tachograph tests, brake tests and safety tests (SP). Other services include tyre and air conditioning servicing as well as repairs of all kinds, from minor bodywork damage to complete accident and bodywork repairs. Only original spare parts are used. The workshop is affiliated with a spare parts trade, a trade for new and used IVECO brand vehicles and a hire service for trucks, semi-trailers and trailers. A 24\/7 service with a mobile workshop van is also planned.<\/p>\n

“We are very pleased that we have been able to create capacity for the further growth of Sch\u00e4flein Nutzfahrzeug-Service GmbH with the new location,” says Achim Sch\u00e4flein, CEO of Sch\u00e4flein AG, about the investment.<\/p>\n

The previous 10,500 square metre site of the Sch\u00e4flein commercial vehicle workshop in Moritz-Fischer-Stra\u00dfe in Schwebheim was sold to the municipality of Schwebheim.<\/p>\n
