Sch\u00e4flein is once again proving this by bringing a hydrogen-powered, fuel-cell electric 40\u2011ton truck into real-world operation for the first time\u2014serving a dedicated route for a long-standing industrial partner.<\/p>\n<p>Operated by Sch\u00e4flein, the modern hydrogen truck enables climate\u2011friendly transport in daily plant logistics. The vehicle offers a range of up to 800 kilometers and will cover around 12,000 kilometers per year. Its advanced fuel cell system enables locally emission-free operation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Innovation in everyday operations \u2013 Made possible through partnership<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For Sch\u00e4flein, this project is far more than a pilot. It demonstrates what modern logistics can achieve when expertise and technological openness come together.<\/p>\n<p>Together with our industrial partner, we use this new solution not only to reduce CO\u2082 emissions but also to collect valuable real\u2011world data\u2014a crucial contribution to the further development of next\u2011generation drive technologies.
