At the start of the 2018 training year, 30 apprentices began their training at Sch\u00e4flein in R\u00f6thlein. Thus Sch\u00e4flein was also able to fill the planned training positions in the professions warehouse logistics, forwarding and drivers.<\/p>\n

We take our claim to be a provider of opportunities seriously and primarily pay attention to the personality of our apprentices,\u201d emphasised Corinna Werner.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n About 500 apprentices in the last 20 years<\/strong><\/p>\n Training at Sch\u00e4flein has a tradition going back many decades. In the past 20 years alone more than 500 young people have gone through training in the company. With a training rate of 7 per cent, Sch\u00e4flein is well above the nationwide training rate of 4.8 per cent. By beginning their training at Sch\u00e4flein, the apprentices lay the foundations for their careers in logistics. About 70 per cent of an intake move into permanent employment on completing their training. Another 15 per cent decide on further education or higher education.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 6 different training professions<\/strong><\/p>\n Sch\u00e4flein offers 6 different training professions in total. These include specialist in office management and in forwarding\/logistics service, warehouse specialist and warehouse logistics specialist, as well as professional drivers. Sch\u00e4flein also trains IT specialists.
