A well thought-out warehouse concept makes us unique in Germany. We can adapt to the bicycle season in the best possible way and also manage extreme order peaks. Every customer order is picked and dispatched on the same day. We load the outgoing goods onto the transport vehicles waiting for them. In this way, we can get several thousand bikes on their way to retailers or end customers every day during the season.
Our comprehensive logistics network in Germany and Europe is geared towards the distribution of bicycles – especially the last mile, i.e. delivery to the customer. We know exactly what the size of the packaging unit, the sensitive technology of the bikes, the handling of unpalletised goods and the critical eye of the recipient require. We transport the consignments exclusively upright and using double-decker technology with intermediate floors. This guarantees maximum protection and minimises damage. We are the guarantee for satisfied customers.
Our storage locations for bikes & co. are centrally located in Germany and Europe – in the heart of Germany. From here, we can reach all regions and urban centres in Germany and Europe with unique delivery times. We offer overnight and next-day delivery throughout Germany. We travel to every destination in Europe every day. This saves you time, quality and costs, giving you a real competitive edge.
Our IT systems run in real time. This means you always know where your customer orders are – in order picking, in dispatch, on the transport route or already at the recipient. If something goes wrong, we inform you proactively and solve problems immediately. Our end-to-end tracking & tracing makes the warehouse and dispatch process completely transparent. If the worst comes to the worst, your customer can also easily record and submit a complaint. Our service app runs on every smartphone and provides all the information about the complaint with text and images.
Of course, we can also communicate proactively and directly with you and your customers. We send order information and delivery notification by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
In this way, we create maximum transparency, rapid information exchange and excellent customer satisfaction.
We also solve the challenge of accessories and spare parts specifically for the two-wheeler market. We already have 150,000 different items in our accessories and spare parts warehouse. We are directly linked to ERP systems and online shops. We pick 4,500 customer orders every day. Orders placed before 22:00 are dispatched on the same day. In this way, we guarantee that urgent consignments arrive at the bike workshop or the end customer by 8.00 am.
